About
Scriptolume is a neoclassical piano project built for the hours people set aside to concentrate. Felt piano leads, with restrained ambience and occasional soft strings; tempos sit between 55 and 85 BPM and every piece is written to develop rather than loop. The music is designed to hold a room without competing for it – close enough to feel composed and literate, spacious enough to read and write inside. Scriptolume avoids wellness ambience, four-bar repetition and melodramatic swells in favour of small ideas that earn their returns. Released by Late Cadence Records.
